Install TestFlight
TestFlight is Apple's official app for distributing beta software. Download it free from the App Store — it takes about 30 seconds.
Why TestFlight? The LawnBeast app is fully built and ready to use. Apple requires all new apps to go through a beta review period via TestFlight before they can appear on the App Store. This is standard for every iOS app launch — setup takes about 3 minutes.

Open LawnBeast Invite
This invite link opens TestFlight directly and adds LawnBeast to your beta apps. Make sure you're tapping this on your iPhone.

Accept Beta
TestFlight will show the LawnBeast beta invitation. Tap "Accept" to join. You'll see a brief description of the app and a button to continue.

Install LawnBeast
After accepting, tap "Install" to download the LawnBeast app to your phone. It works just like installing any app from the App Store.

Log In
Open the LawnBeast app and sign in with the same email and password you use on the website. Your customers, jobs, invoices, and everything else will be right there.

Frequently Asked Questions
The TestFlight link isn't working
The TestFlight link only works on an iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later. Make sure you have the TestFlight app installed from the App Store first. If you're tapping the link on a computer, send this page to your phone and tap the link there. If it still doesn't work, contact us at contact us.
The app crashes or doesn't load
First, make sure you're running the latest version — open TestFlight and check for updates. If the issue persists, try deleting the app and reinstalling it from TestFlight. As a last resort, restart your device. You can also send us a crash report directly through TestFlight by taking a screenshot in the app.
How do I update the beta app?
When we release a new build, you'll get a push notification from TestFlight. You can also open TestFlight at any time and tap "Update" next to LawnBeast. We recommend keeping automatic updates enabled in TestFlight so you always have the latest version.
Will my data carry over when the app goes live?
Yes. The beta app connects to the same LawnBeast platform you already use. Your customers, jobs, invoices, and all other data are live and in sync. When the app launches on the App Store, you'll simply download the production version and log in — everything will be right where you left it.
How do I give feedback or report a bug?
There are two easy ways: Take a screenshot inside the app — TestFlight will automatically prompt you to send feedback with the screenshot attached. Or you can email us directly at contact us with a description of the issue. Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
